Worthing Theatres and Museum are excited to welcome Lîla Dance to the Connaught Theatre on Saturday 17 July with The Hotel Experience. Known for their visually stunning and cinematic work Lîla Dances latest show will captivate audiences with an extraordinary night of dance.The Hotel Experience sees a man check into a hotel the night before his wedding unaware that things may not be as they seem. This is no ordinary Hotel room, but a space that remakes and re-structures itself in tune to the psychological and emotional states of the people that occupy it. Memories that were seemingly forgotten are brought back to reality to be relived once more.

Plans approved for vital temporary housing in Worthing
Vital accommodation has been approved to support people who are rebuilding their lives after experiencing homelessness. The new accommodation is set to be built in Worthing and will help people move on to more independent living.The plans are the result of a partnership between local charity Turning Tides and housing provider Worthing Homes.
The accommodation, which will be created in a three-story building in Clifton Road made up of 13 flats, was given the go ahead at Worthing Borough Council’s Planning Committee meeting on Wednesday (June 23).

Discover the great outdoors in Adur and Worthing this summer
The beauty and benefit of the parks and seafront in Adur and Worthing are the focus of a new campaign launched today highlighting a range of activities available for everyone.The GreatOutdoorsAW campaign, aims to remind residents of the great natural resources on our doorstep and, as we emerge from lockdown, how everyone can make use of them.
The campaign will highlight bushcraft skills training, family fun days and taster activity courses, which are among a wide range of experiences that residents can look forward to this summer.
GreatOutdoorsAW offers a jam-packed calendar of activities being delivered by the Councils’ Parks, Foreshores and Wellbeing teams, and partner organisations, running from the end of June to mid September, with something for all ages to enjoy outdoors.
