We are seeking an outstanding individual to fill the post of E.Y.E. Project Manager, starting as soon as possible.
E.Y.E. stands for Eco, Young and Engaged. The Project supports schools across Adur and Worthing to promote and deliver a sustainability agenda.
The E.Y.E. Project Manager will work collaboratively with young people, schools and the local community to organise eco-events and inter-generational learning opportunities that benefit people and planet.
Our Project Manager will be tasked with:
In addition, our PM will work with our talented Committee to develop funding opportunities to sustain the project through 2022 and beyond.
The post-holder is currently home-based with future access to desk space at Shoreham Academy and Adur and Worthing Council.

- Organising the 2021 E.Y.E. Youth Action Summit this autumn involving young people from Adur and Worthing secondary schools.
- Developing and delivering learning opportunities for children and young people in line with the EYE 2021 vision.
- Re-establishing relationships and regular communication with primary school eco-leads in Adur and Worthing.
- Developing communications to reflect the EYE Project 2021 vision and mission (including website and social media).
In addition, our PM will work with our talented Committee to develop funding opportunities to sustain the project through 2022 and beyond.

Ideally you will be:
- experienced in promoting an ECO agenda in an educational setting plus have project management, administration and communications experience.
- confident working with young people on climate education and action.
- comfortable networking and communicating with a variety of organisations and individuals.
