Between 11.15am and 11.45am on Friday 11 September the 65-year-old pedestrian was in collision with a 30-year-old man riding a pedal cycle, outside the Mayfair Hair salon in Crabtree Lane, Lancing. She sustained serious leg injuries and was taken to Worthing Hospital for treatment.
The cyclist was unhurt.
PC Rob Elshof of the Surrey and Sussex Road Policing Unit said; "If you saw what happened please contact us, either online or by emailing collission.appeal@sussex.pnn.police.uk, quoting serial 490 of 11/09."
